Profiles
Members have the ability to keep their own family information and photos current. People can set their own preferences about who else—besides staff—can see their information. They can make contact information visible to anyone in the church or restrict it to people in their groups, their group leaders, or just the church staff.
Directory
The next time you need to look someone up, you can pull out your phone and search for them in the Realm® Connect app. You can also browse through the list of your entire church and look up someone’s family members. And similar rules apply from your printed directory—people can opt out of being listed if that’s their preference or choose what information is available for others to see. It’s a great way to put names to faces and learn more about the people in your church.
